I created The Real You Project because I got tired of watching capable people doubt themselves, time after time, again and again, just because their process wasn't lining up with someone else's plan.
This was my 'antidote' A space to strip back the noise, slow down and build a plan that creates true, personal progress, whatever that appears like to you
The planner was only the starting point of my idea

Each chapter of the Real You Project runs for 90 days (12 weeks), based around the FIRE or ARC frameworks.
You'll plan and set goals, review and take action alongside a community, who are also working to rebuild consistency, confidence, calm and happiness
Your planner becomes your guide, your partner in this journey, your support, a tool to reflect and appreciate the small wins as you go.
It's not designed to add extra burden or become a 'chore' in your life
By the time you reach the end of a block of 12 weeks, you'll see why I say, that you don't just do a single 12 week block and you're done.
True, that this is the end, but also a new beginning, this time you're starting stronger, better, more confident.

One question kept popping into my head
How can you plan for real progress and results, without it feeling like punishment for wanting change
Every prompt, layout, question and review or reflection page came from real conversations.
From seeing clients struggle trying to chase the wrong goals, goals that didn't make their lives better or happier.
I helped them find clarity in goals setting, enabling them to rebuild confidence in themselves.
To go on and create a version of progress that actually felt brilliant to them.
